Through dietary changes, and most particularly through consuming fish and other foods rich in omega-3 fatty acids, Jennifer's life changed drastically in only three months. No longer dependent on medication, she still relies on her diet and other healing methods to moderate her environment and her mood. She also stresses the importance of consistency when adopting dietary changes that will allow for high omega-3 consumption on a daily basis.
